Callum Scott Howells, a Welsh actor, recently turned heads making his screen debut as Colin in Russell T Davies's It's A Sin, starring opposite Olly Alexander and Neil Patrick Harris, after being offered the role whilst still in his studies at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.
Experienced in the world of theatre, Howells previously toured with Cameron Mackintosh’s production of hit musical Oliver!, Matthew Bourne’s dance production Lord Of The Flies, and also as part of several National Music Youth Theatre shows. The recent graduate will next appear as Romeo in Gary Owen's Romeo and Julie, a co-production with The National Theatre and The Sherman Theatre, Cardiff, based on the Shakespeare classic, which was recently postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
